They’re building a new social platform on blockchain technology – one that pays you for your content instead of selling your information to advertisers. They needed a brand identity that would avoid the tired tropes of the tech industry.
We learned that one of the founders had played in a famous NYC punk band, and the mix of rebellious anger and optimism in their music set the stage for their brand’s personality. We consulted on the name, Revolution Populi, that embodies what we called “immortal punk.” And we designed a 21st-century identity that respectfully remixes revolutionary imagery.
The result is a bold, graphic look that distinguishes Revolution Populi from the tech giants and projects a message worth rallying around.
