The Project Kickoff is typically a one-hour meeting with your core team and ours. You’ll meet each member of the Parisleaf team and hear about their role in the project. We’ll also invite your team to introduce themselves so we can get to know each other as people first, not just roles. Don’t be surprised if we start with a thought-provoking icebreaker.
We’ll walk through the phases of our process, highlight key milestones, and clarify expectations. We’ll also discuss timelines, scheduling flexibility, and any parallel efforts you may have underway. Finally, we’ll cover the logistics that help everything run smoothly, like workshop planning, revisions, sign-offs, trademarking, and licensing.
