2023 was a great year for Parisleaf. We’re grateful. And we’re bursting with appreciation for the opportunities to work with fantastic partners to do good in the world. In fact, we’ve got a lot to say about that. Here’s a peek behind the scenes with the Parisleaf team. We’re sharing our highlights and insights to wrap up our year – and look forward to 2024.
At Parisleaf, we’re all about teaming up with our clients, and our project with the University of Denver really showed this off. We got to work hand-in-hand with their associate director of creative and brand, which was awesome. Her insights into the university’s brand and deep knowledge made everything go super smoothly and kept our partner in the loop. This way of working together means when they see the final product, it feels just right – like they were part of making it happen, not just seeing it for the first time.

Joining this amazingly talented Parisleaf team was a joy this year! We’re true teammates and friends. And dedicating my career to helping our partners make the world a better place — what could be better? It’s inspiring and energizing. Creativity thrives here. It’s our spark for consistently great work. I’m very thankful and proud to be a part of it all.

Parisleaf feels like home in the way company culture allows all of us to show up authentically. It’s a community of leaflets encouraging wild creativity and fierce honesty. Our partners’ missions make it easy to feel inspired about why we do what we do. Because the team floats on an undercurrent of Kaizen, we are a giant support system for each other to grow 1% better every day.

I’ve been here just over a month, and Parisleaf feels like home. The intentional focus on culture and values plays out every day in our interactions within the team and with our partners. It’s been thrilling for me to see, again and again, my teammates living our values of gratitude, responsibility, integrity, candor, and empathy. The partners we choose to work with are literally changing the world. Of course, I’m excited to come to work every day!

I joined Parisleaf this fall and immediately got to work on the verbal identity for Meridian Healthcare. It was such a rewarding experience learning all the ways they care for their community and restore lives. I love that we partner with organizations that are making a real difference in the world.

Lots of agencies talk about their values. Parisleaf walks the walk. From day one, the support I’ve received, both professionally and personally, has been unlike anything I’ve experienced in my career. Everyone cares about one another, and no one is shy about being themselves, being vulnerable, and producing incredible work for our wonderful partners.
Aaron Cavalier, Project Manager
This year, one of my standout positive experiences was connecting with AMIkids. We had the opportunity to visit one of their many programs. Seeing firsthand how they empower young people was truly impactful. The transformation in their confidence alone was incredible and left a lasting impression on me. It inspired me to take action in my community back home.

I’ve really enjoyed our workshops this year. They’ve been a great opportunity to really get to know people and what matters most to them in the work we’re doing to make a difference in the world. Being there in the places and spaces we hope to affect with our fundraising efforts has also been incredibly rewarding to see.
Tom Osborne, VP Creative
It’s the people. Always the people. We have such a cool team. Our clients are also really cool – we’re just surrounded by some really impressive folks. It’s gratifying to help our partners rally their teams. I love bringing in new energy and ideas and breathing new life into a campaign to help our partners get across the finish line. We’re like a second wind, and I really enjoy our part in the large ecosystem. It’s an important one that can’t be measured in dollars and cents. As is often said, “Not everything that counts can be counted.
