We’re looking for a brilliant Senior Designer to join our growing branding and design agency.
You’re a sharp thinker who can rapidly understand what a client needs and then run with it. You’ve honed your craft and are on your way to becoming an expert. Like Charles Eames, you believe the details are not the details; they make the design. But you know when to stay out of the weeds and evaluate your work from a high level. You love typography and understand that great words need great letters.
You know the web, you know print, and you know how a strong brand identity can tie it all together.
You are proactive and self-motivated. You possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You’re comfortable presenting work to clients and listening for what they’re not saying. You can defend your decisions with confidence and professionalism. You are curious, empathetic, and – most importantly – willing to set your ego aside for the greater good of clients and teammates.
Our studio has evolved and shifted focus over the past year. We write and design all kinds of things, but everything revolves around brand. And we’re on a mission to guide wholesome brands, illuminate curious minds, and grow communities by design. Alongside our creative director, the next senior designer at Parisleaf will play a key role in carrying out this mission. You will work with our multidisciplinary team on projects ranging from brand identity to art direction, UX and UI design, print collateral, and graphics for built environments. Illustration skill is a big plus, and experience with press checks is a nice bonus.
You will work as the lead designer on many projects while sharing responsibilities on others. We are looking for someone who will not only enjoy developing ideas with colleagues, but can also hunker down on their own and create elegant solutions that meet the client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
